Only thing that was troubling was the staff that did not speak English when they took care of patients. [name removed], being old, felt they were talking about him and was uncomfortable. All office personnel went out of their way to be accommodating. Dining room was a pleasure and being a chef [name removed] appreciated the food and service. My sister is at The Palace Gardens. They're very caring. We have not had any problems. She has been able to do lots of activities which she wasn't able to do at home, and most importantly, she's happy there. They have dancing, making things, outings, and a host of other things.
