PositiveThe staff are therapists are so kind and amazing and helped my love one recover. The rooms are spacious, the food was great, and I appreciate the communication from admission to discharge. Thank you for all you do to help people in need.
★★★★★
PositiveThe facility is kept very very clean. There are NO bugs. The food is really good, considering that they have to deal with all kinds of eating arrangements they make really good food. The nurses are attentive and caring. I am glad that this is the nursing facility I was sent too.

PositiveCNA Veronica at The Pavillion at Ocean Point is the most kind hearted person that I have had the pleasure to meet in a very long time. She has been so helpful in so many ways. She has demonstrated her expertise and skills caring for me and the other residents. The other CNA:s need to follow her example of how to correctly care for a patient/resident. I am sure that she will make a wonderful Director of Nursing. Thank you so much Veronica.

PositiveUpon my admission to The Pavillion at Ocean Point, I had the pleasure of meeting Maria the Concierge. She took the time to fully explain all of the aspects of the admission process including but, not limited to helping me with all of the necessary paperwork. To top it off, she told me that if I needed anything during my stay that, she would assist me in any way so that I would be comfortable. Maria has a very kind, warm and sincere spirit.

CriticalFriend of a friend This place is a dump. Little to no safety and security. Patients sitting around soiled and dirty, hanging out of wheelchairs right in front of the nurse's station! The person I was visiting rang for help before we got there. No one showed up the entire hour I was there to help the patient. The staff seemed bored and lacked concern. Most looked like they could care less about anything and could barely crack a smile. I wouldn't want them caring for my loved ones.
