Good place to live

I moved in a few weeks ago into The Pineapple House assisted living. I have felt very welcomed. The employees are very nice and compassionate. The response time whenever I ask for help is usually quick, as everyone is very attentive and caring.

Review for The Pineapple House at Sapphire Lakes

The room size was fine. I asked for a double bed instead of the single one provided and they found one for me. After my husband settled in he seemed to get comfortable with it. My only complaint was that I mailed some magazines to him and post office said it was delivered but no one seemed to know what happened to it. I left a message for [name removed] and she never returned my call. The package cost me $50 + postage. I only used it for respite care and overall it was a good experience. I moved in to the Pineapple House as an independent living resident in August. The last few months have been better than I expected. I have made many great friendships and have truly been enjoying my time so far. I was very hesitant before making the move but I'm glad I did.

I am a new resident at the Pineapple House. I have never lived in a community like this before so I was not sure what to expect. I'm happy to share that my experience so far has been great. The staff has been so helpful and welcoming and the other residents are very friendly.

I visit residents at the Pineapple House often. I am always impressed by how clean it is and how good it smells, as this is not common in other communities I have visited. Additionally, I have to add that the staff is always very friendly.

Happy at Pineapple House

The staff has been wonderful from the Executive Director [name removed] down been very attentive to our needs. If there's any assistance that arrives he's been wonderful as well as the whole staff. The place is very clean smells clean. Mom's room is adequate inside for what she needs. she seems happy and they're really no complaints that we can make of the serious kind.
