The Pines of Goodrich

This facility does not have the appropriate staff or management to support the residents. There is no check list for ensuring everyone has their needs met. My loved on missed multiple meals, showers, laundry, etc. and my family had to constantly remind staff to do these basic things. If family was not present, our loved one wasn't given food or water. Food was often cold, clearly taken from the freezer and thrown on a plate, and lacked proper nutrition.

I would recommend them. We picked this community, because the cost fit our budget.

We toured The Pines of Goodrich Assisted Living and Memory Care when searching for an Assisted Living facility for my loved one. Our tour guide was great, very good with talking to my loved one. The facility was clean and the staff was very friendly.

We toured this community and they were not prepared for the tour. There was no activity in the community and the atmosphere was very depressing.

Smaller community and that was good. The care my loved one received was great. The value we got was great. The communication was not really that great but did improve towards the end. I would recommend this community to others.

I visited this facility

I did not have a good feeling about the Pines of Goodrich. I was late, someone else took me on the tour, and probably that person was not as knowledgeable. It could have been brighter, it was clean, but I didn't see people out. They were not enjoying anything and everyone was in their room. However, when you pull up the place, it looked very nice, and when you walked in, it looked nice. I think their dining room, and classroom were one and the same. It felt homey.
