CriticalRoom for Improvement
There was a lot of staff turnover. I had several concerns about mom's care and when I addressed them with the Exec Director she always put it back on me or my mom. Too many examples to write. The administration's offices are removed from the residents and they don't seem to know what is going on. There didn't seem to be any direct supervision.

The care mom receives is like family looking after her. She loves her apartment and loves visiting with her neighbors. I highly recommend (could not be more pleased to have chosen the pointe.

PositiveThe information we received was very helpful. We toured the entire facility and a 2 bedrooms apartment and found it clean, well kept, friendly and will suite our needs. However the price is too high unless our long term care policy will cover the costs. We are checking into that now.

Mom is being well taken care of. They offer PT at the facility and she is able to exercise and stay mobile. The staff are friendly and kind. We have such freedom with taking her out and visiting. I'm very pleased.

[name removed], the Exec. Director was caring, helpful, and responsive. [name removed], the PT was positive, caring and totally committed to his work. My mom had some difficulty there due to her aggressive behaviors and the staff kept me in the loop and did everything they could. Ultimately, I moved her closer to me in Chattanooga, but it wasn't b/c of anything they did or didn't do.
