I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My cousin moved into The Renaissance two or three weeks ago. He doesn't get enough food, and it looks like an old Victorian home. He gets a sleeping pill at 7 p.m. at night and he has to take it, but he doesn't want to go to bed at 7 p.m. He gets cereal in the morning and salad at lunch which is the same thing every day, and at least for dinner there's something more, but the place sounded way different from what we were told in the beginning. I visited this facility

The experience with The Renaissance was wonderful. It was a clean and beautiful community and the people were very friendly. The staff was very helpful and was available to answer any questions that I had. They have all different types of activities like bingo, day trips, and a club house. It was a nice facility. The staff was very professional and pleasant.

I visited this facility

The Renaissance was nice to look at, but it was too expensive. It was decent and adequate. The lawn was done. There were individual houses. The area it was in was fine, but it was way too much.

The family and I enjoyed the order and cleanliness of this facility. It offered a quiet country setting in an old farm house. The residents appeared well cared for and peaceful.
