My only complaint was they didn't have a service elevator to use to move in so the movers had to wait for the elevator to be free before they could put their stuff in it to move up to the room, causing the move to take longer than it should have been, costing more money.

Staff is great on all levels. Apartment size is good but would like more closet space. They do keep carpets, halls and other areas clean. Not too involved with activities due to health limits.
