I have a studio Perfect for a single.alway clean and we'll kept. I've been here just over a month and I have found nothing that doesn't deserve a top rating.

The staff is very welcoming of family visitations. They celebrate every one's birthday in each month with a special dinner. Or DR Supv/Head Chef [name removed] is very nice and has weekly meetings with residents regarding everything having to do with the DR and food. I visited this facility

We toured The Residence at Bethel Park, and it was very nice and clean. The only difficulty was finding it. They could use some signage on how to locate them from the main roads, like a sign that had their name on it that pointed to where you had to get off the main road. It was extremely difficult, and it was not on a main road. The people were all very nice and helpful. We saw the studio, and it was small. There is just barely enough room for a bed and a sofa.

The staff brings a great vibe to all the residents, almost "resort/vacation" quality. They address everyone by name and are very friendly. The facility and grounds are beautiful and tastefully decorated for each holiday season. The whole transition for my mother-in-law went smoother than expected.

This facility does have 24 hour concierge service, which is definitely a plus for the safety and security of your loved one. This is one feature that drew me to this facility for my mother. Residents are also given pendants to wear in case of an emergency. The downside is that rent increases for the last three years were raised by 10%, then 11%, and 2025 came in at 13%. When my mother moved in, I specifically asked what the approximate rent increase would be and was told 3-4%. Quality of food is an issue at most fa…

I don't have care as this is independent living. Unless you want to refer to the housekeeping staff who change my sheets and provide clean towels weekly. There is an organization renting space that contracts with residents or families to give meds or help with showers but I don't need or utilize such services.
