CriticalThis is a beautiful 1.5 yr old bldg. As the old adage goes - Don't judge this book by its shiny new cover. Lots of kinks to work out. Administrative staff turnover is one of the issues.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff and care are both very good. My mother has deteriorated tremendously in the last year so it's a very difficult situation... having said that the staff and care have been very supportive and helpful and caring. They even were able to help me get a PCP that comes into the ridge for care for my mom who is now totally immobile Her apartment is 5 out of 5. It's beautiful and bright and light and they keep it nicely cleaned
★★★★★
PositiveThe Ridge is a beautiful place, any resident would be happy to live there. All services that are offered are outstanding.
★★★★★
PositiveApartment is perfect for my mom's needs. Beautiful facility and the staff is great. I would absolutely recommend them to others!

PositiveThe facility is beautiful! Very nice and clean. Staff have all been great. Answering all questions and helping get her settled. Dining room is lovely. Other residents have been welcoming as well. My mom has already made friends there. The food is well prepared and good. The apartment is fantastic... floor plan is easy for her to navigate. It's bright and cheerful.
