I am/was a resident of this facility

This place is a revolving door always new staff being hired and they don't last long. I would probably think it has something to do with management. The sweet staff's are always running around trying to help us elderly and they do there best. Other than that the food is pretty good. They have activities through out the day. I've made wonderful friends here. Price is higher than most I'm assuming because it has mountain views.

Ridge Foothill Review

During the 2 months my mom was there the place seemed woefully understaffed... just like all other businesses then and now. Mom was given a lanyard with a call for assistance button, which no one ever responded to... not once. After 2 months I moved Mom to [facility name removed] in Heber where she could receive more personal attention.

Grateful for Ridge

Have great memories with staff there, and the quality of care and concern they gave him..... Not sure I would have put him on hospice knowing he wouldn't really be treated for things. But learned. Also, there were a few staff that yes, I would cringe if I knew they were the ones on duty to watch him. And too, as with most care centers, many times it was short staffed. However, the staff I remember at the moment as being superior, were [name removed](her nickname, she watched him most morning shifts) he loved her…

Happy with the experience

My loved one moved out after a month. I never actually visited, so this was feedback from dad. We chose this facility because it was newer, felt more like a hotel than a medical setting, not as depressing (to be honest). Their communication was very good.
