[name removed] did an outstanding job providing an overview of the Seabrook way of life, it's mission, it's amenities and objectives.

Exceeded every expectation! Very tough process and decision to assist parents in moving to a new phase, everyone on the staff could not have done a better job and the new home is everything we were looking for.

I, my brother, and my daughter spent an hour or more being educated by the Director of Sales at Seabrook of Hilton Head. Despite the job title, this was not a high-pressure sales presentation, but a meaningful discussion of my history and needs. I would strongly endorse a visit there.

My husband and I recently toured an Auger unit with a wonderful view. Once remodeled, it think it will be a great place. [Name Removed], our sales representative, is extremely knowledgeable about all the details of owning versus leasing and has many suggestions for updating. We also met the dining room manager who showed us the menu and explained the point system for dining. The fitness center is very nice with updated equipment. We looked at the newsletter and saw that there are many activities going on daily.

While the limitations of our financial situation dictate that Seabrook isn’t a viable option, the facility is immaculate and well staffed. We were also educated extensively on options that we had no idea might be available to us. I will say that I went in with a bit of a chip on my shoulder because family wanted a tour and I knew intuitively that it was out of reach. I’m so grateful that I didn’t talk them out of insisting we “go look”. Had I talked them out of it we would still be pulling out our hair and lamentin…

We toured The Seabrook with [Name removed]. Three days ago. Our experience was informative, fulfilling and pleasurable. We can easily say beyond expectations! [Name Removed] will be our go-to as we transition from home ownership to life in a CCRC. We are both quite familiar with the Seabrook campus and have witnessed many positive upgrades over the years. We look forward to working with [Name Removed] as we make the change.
