★★★★★
PositiveThe rooms are large. Easily can put a few pieces of furniture from home in the rooms. The entire staff are extremely accommodating. The rooms are comfortable for visitors to relax with their loved one. The food is personalized by their chef. Food is very goos. The staff is fantastic. They are very caring. They are all professionals and they treat their patients with kindness and dignity. The administration makes the arrival of the patient and the paperwork run very smoothly. I would highly recommend this facility.
★★★★★
PositiveThe Terraces at Los Altos is great. The facility itself is very well taken care of. It's not dirty or rundown-looking. It seems very well groomed. The staff seemed really great. They have a good staff-to-client ratio, which I think is fundamental. If the place looks nice, that's obviously good and makes you feel good about the management, but the staff-to-client ratio is so important. We met a few of the staff in the reception area, and when we were walking around, they were very friendly and engaged. Som…
★★★★★
PositiveThe Terraces at Los Altos is not a large facility, and it looks pretty decent. They have a below-market value on different units, so that's also habitable. I've made two visits there. One was a luncheon with the facility so we could taste their food and get a little idea of what's going on there. Then the second one was to view the sites, see the units that were available, and see what they offer as far as amenities go. The people who gave the tour were very knowledgeable and very nice. The residents…

PositiveI moved into the Terraces at Los Altos. It was the best of what I looked at. We have two dining rooms, an exercise area, a meeting room, a pool, and all sorts of stuff. The staff members are very helpful. The facility is very clean. The food is good. They have all sorts of programs here. The dining room looks just like a normal restaurant.
★★★★★
PositiveThe Terraces at Los Altos is a lot more expensive than the other places. It was a pretty posh memory care unit. The rooms were lovely. The dining room was lovely. The activities they had were really good. They have assisted living and independent living there. The community itself has been updated in the last four or five years. The memory care was very, very nice. The staff that I interacted with was very transparent, informative, and able to explain what they can offer. It's a very lovely place. It's ne…
★★★★★
CriticalMy family member was a previous patient at the skilled nursing side. The grounds and facilities are very nice especially compared to other facilities however the staff and service is a mixed bag. The receptionist, social activity managers and food staff are wonderful and accommodating. We had good CNAs and nurses who were kind and caring but clearly overworked and understaffed. Others were transactional and careless, including giving late and/or repeated medications on more than one occasion (including the Director…
