PositiveThe community is beautiful and the staff works hard and are very caring. The food could be better and we would like to see a better varity. But overall my loved one really likes the community. I would recommend based on my experience.

CriticalThe staff is very militant and was not accommodating, they once told me we are not a hotel. The food was not appetizing and they served lower quality food. I feel they are understaffed and the community needs more staff. They were not giving him his meds on time and the response time, when called, could take up to an hour. I would not recommend this community

CriticalTaking covid into consideration - The communication at the moment is terrible, if you send them an email it takes awhile to get a response, that could use some improvements. The place is beautiful, but we just cannot get a full feel for everything that have to offer just due to the restrictions.
