PositiveI love Viera! It is beautiful and has all the features I wanted. [name removed] was great! She made me feel wanted. The residents I meet all seemed happy. I will be moving in later this month.
★★★★★
PositiveFood and room size is good. General facilities are nice. Would prefer memory care with rooms not down hallways but opening into central area . Staffing seems to be following minimal state standards- so it is sometimes difficult for staff to perform frequent checks and incontinence care
★★★★★
CriticalThe staff is friendly and caring but memory care is understaffed. Food seems good. Room's floor could be cleaner. Room size is good. People with dementia are labor intensive due to mobility and incontinence issues. They also need a lot of interaction and socialization in early to moderate stages. Staffing is not where it needs to be to provide optimum care.

PositiveI can tell you that the Viera has been my life saver. Everyone there has been so kind and helpful to me managing my father's care from another state. The facility is so nice and clean and I am just so grateful to have found that place for my father. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who could afford to have their parent in such a nice facility
★★★★★

The Viera lease is on a month to month basis, they could have easily evicted my Mom and been completely within their rights. Instead they have really gone to bat for her in order to allow her to continue to live at their facility. This is extremely impo…
