Well everyone is so welcoming here, from the first day I moved in all the staff and residents are very friendly . They make me feel at home. I go to the social everyday and it’s a really nice time to meet everyone and talk about the day.

Lack of staff, no activities or stimulation. Rooms were big and food fair but I'm not sure. My mom was there a very short time because I got her out of there as soon as I could. Almost every time I visited her they had her in bed!

The majority of the staff is wonderful. My dad has had some problems with aides assisting him mostly on the weekend, even though he pays for the level of care that includes Assistance with many of his daily needs. He enjoys the food and the choices that are available to him. His room is kept pretty clean as they do this on a weekly basis. I believe he has the smallest room and there is more than enough room for everything he needs. He doesn't partake in some of the activities since he has hearing issues. But he doe…

The Villa is a good fit for my cousin as it is just the right size for her to navigate. Her room is a good size for her and she even went to Karaoke and sang! We are thrilled because she deserves to age in place safely and happily.

Thank you for the special care you take at The Villa. I’ve been visiting my friend there, for the past few years. Your attention to detail for her care (from her meds, to the menu, to her laundry, even the movie theater) is so appreciated. The facility is always immaculate. The receptionists greet guests with a friendly smile and are able to to render helpful information when needed. Messages are always delivered. Phone calls are returned.
