THE VILLA ROSA

Exceptional care at The Villa Rosa! The staff treated my grandmother with incredible kindness and respect, making her stay there truly special. Highly recommend for their outstanding service and compassionate approach.

Villa Rosa was home to our 95 y/o grandma for 3 months. Every senior citizen deserves help attending to personal cares for their hygiene/comfort. Bathing/showering, toileting and oral care are fundamental needs. If staff was too busy to take residents to the toilet, they were told “go in your diaper.” How awful!

Good care, until Hospice...

I would rate this as high as others, but unfortunately when my father went into Hospice, the care wasn't there. Dad wanted ice in his drinking water and was refused. We were told, if he gets ice in his drink, "he'd want it all the time"...this while in hospice.

Great Care Would recommend to anyone !!

Would give 10 stars if I could. [name removed] cared for my husband - he was not an easy patient. They were kind and understanding not only with him but also with the rest of the family. I felt that we were working as a team to solve problems that came up which was comforting for me., Really cannot thank them enough for all the care that they took for my husband and family.

We had to move mom from one of the big institutions. The owner of The Villa Rosa was very helpful and was willing to work with us financially. Mom is very happy and enjoys the atmosphere of the home.

Amazing experience

I love the staff, they worked with me every step of the way. Every time I visit my mother, she is always saying how safe and comfortable she feels. I couldn't ask for anything more!
