I visited Heritage Manor of Lockport. It was absolutely gorgeous, very warm, inviting, and very friendly. We were able to talk to quite a few of the residents, got to see all of the facility, and the different things they offer. They answered all of our questions. We sat down with Trisha, and she went over a lot of things. She asked questions, and we asked questions. She was very friendly and very helpful. People were finishing up lunch, and we did talk to them, and they said that they had no issues with the food. …

My sister in law was only there for about a month but I can honestly rate them all 5. It was like walking into my grandmother's house, so warm and inviting and [name removed], the administrator was so easy to work with and very kind and considerate . They work very hard to make the new residents feel like part of the "family". Everyone knew my sister in law's name right away.

We love Heritage Manor. My husband is there and he is very comfortable and happy. The staff is professional and call me or our son with the slightest of concerns. They are friendly and very welcoming! Rating a 10 out of 10! We would absolutely recommend this community to other families!

We're very happy with this facility. Everyone is just shockingly nice here. The staff is doing a fantastic job. Communication with the family is through the roof, it's absolutely great. They share everything, down to emails about activities, etc. Housekeeping seems to be daily and they do a great job. My Mom needs a lot of assistance and they're in her room helping her every single day. Mom seems to like the food and the dining area is very nice. The dining staff are also very nice.
