PositiveNeed to approve the assisted part of care.
My mother shared a room. She had half of the 16 by 12 room. It was a little small. Cleanliness was good overall. The floor in my mom's room was sticky most of the time. Most staff were friendly and happy. My biggest complaint was the staffs inability to put my mom's hearing aids in correctly. After being there 5 weeks and showing multiple staff members how to put in her hearing aids, most times they were in wrong. It is considered assisted living, but I would call it independent living. It is a lovely place if you can get around and advocate for yourself. My mistake might have been assuming that assisted living would take care of the residence needs. I and the doctor specified the residence needs prior to moving in, but she had to ask everyday to have help with her hearing aids.

[removed name] actually has in the hospital and transitioned to WC from the hospital flawlessly. The staff has been very good. Meals excellent. She was hospitalized again and they were excellent in communicating to the family. She is actually more social and playing bingo. She isn't the easiest person to live with but seems to be doing very well.
