My friend has moved into The Village Senior Living. I like the friendliness and the attentiveness of the staff to the residents. They're very, very welcoming, positive, and professional. They just really made him feel very welcome. They are already proactive in getting him engaged in activities. I've limited exposure, but so far, it's been terrific. I've brought my mom a couple of times to visit The Village Senior Living's assisted living facility, and she likes it. She passed the financial application, and then they helped her go to Medicaid, so I think they're a good place. We went there for lunch and bingo about a week ago. Originally, I expected to have to stay on top of staff, etc. as I worried about the kind of care Mom would get. The Village was a wonderful surprise. After my husband and I toured the facility, we were quite impressed. Once we moved Mom in to her new "home" we finally relaxed. The Village, and all the good folks who work there, are the best! The med techs that take care of my mom seem very caring and kind to her, which is my top priority. She feels genuinely loved. The staff is very good at informing me ever time she falls and talks to me about whether or not she should go to ER. I trust them with her care. Admin staff are not helpful and border on rude. For the activities, I put N/A as it appears that there are great activities to participate in, my mom is not interested
