I had a surgical procedure done on 01 04 2024 at the main Hospital in Pleasanton and was sent to The Vinyards medical center in Livermore ca which is a filthy bug infested facility which most of the staff could not speak or understand English. I do not recommend using this facility due to their unprofessional attitude. After being sent to The Vinyards and after three days I found that my car, home, mail keys and other items were missing. I immediately let the staff know of the missing items and was told they could …

Mom is at The Vineyards Healthcare Center. She shares a room with two other women, so it's small and it's like a hospital situation. There's always something going on for the residents though. They have bingo, arts, and parties. The staff is very nice, too, and they're always available for you.

My mom was at The Vineyards Healthcare Center Livermore. It was acceptable. But I don't have anything to compare it to, so I would say it was good. The staff were nice and cooperative. They stay after hours sometimes. My mom was in her bed a lot. They were delivering her food to her, and doctors supervised and evaluated her. I don't recall how often she got evaluated but it was at least a couple of times a week. Her room seemed nice. It was pretty clean, and it smelled fine. Sometimes I would taste her fo…
