My mom went to Waterford in Colby, Wisconsin. And since she has been there, she has not been happier than she has been in years. They do fun activities with them. I had gone on trip with them. And it was the most amazing thing. I had seen the way they take care of the people. They treat them and love them like they 're their own. I could not ask for a better place. The meals are great. The workers are all so amazing. So caring, so loving, you couldn't find a better place to put your parents or whoever you would nee…

The Waterford at Colby seemed pretty decent. I didn't care for their Alzheimer's section, but the regular part was really nice. I had toured the memory care prior to this visit and somebody was laying on the floor and I didn't know it was part of the protocol to just leave them lay there. When I left, he was still laying in the same spot he was. Otherwise, it was very nice. They had happy hour every night from 4:00 to 5:00. They were doing activities when I got there. The dining area seemed very nice…
