This a wonderful place for your loved ones needing Assist Living. Fun and friendly atmosphere. Plenty of planned activities on a daily basis. Outings to different eating establishments. Tour's of the city. Shopping sprees for those whom want to get out and about. The residents get healthy and well balanced meals daily. Arts and Craft activities. Fun and games. Exercise programs etc..

My parents have lived at Waterford for 6 months. All the staff are wonderful - very kind and patient and responsive and conscientious. The space is bright and cheerful and there is a nice courtyard too. The rooms are good size. The activity director, [name removed], is fantastic - there are a variety of activities daily and she really knows how to engage residents. Everyone is extremely polite they don't gossip and the staff is dignified. You are always looking for a way to engage the residents in happy meaningful activity. You don't seem to be short of staff. The staff seems interested in the conversations with the community and are very careful that stay on top of the conversation and discussion of the issues that are important to their wellbeing ..the staff is very well trained and are always looking for solutions for their staff and client issues.
