Today was a routine visit to see my mother. The facility was clean and the staff is always welcoming. I always sign in and wear the badge provided. When I ended my visit with my mother, I signed out and left. I had a very satisfying experience with this visit.

The people that work there are very sweet. The amount of space for 1 person in asst living is perfect. The dining room people are amazing. Moms always talks about how everyone through the facility knows her name and since day 1. The medicines and staff are a bit questionable. They wait until a bottle is on the last day to contact family. They also didn't know medicines were out for many many residence because they ended up in the mailboxes. Could've been a week. That was upsetting. The place is fairly clean. Have h…

PositiveThe Waterford at Westover Hills seems to be a quality facility. The layouts of their rooms are more spacious and apartment like than others we have seen. They also have lots of activities for the residents and in-house church services. The facility seemed very well maintained and clean.
