CriticalPlease do not send your family to this place. My husband passed away because of this nursing home they never took care of him. He looked like he was starved to death never had clothes on they never got him out of bed. The people took away the only thing I had in life and I won't give up. To they closed this place down.

CriticalMy Father has been at The Waters of Clinton for 5 months now and I wish we never took him there. 1) The Admissions Person (Patrice) lied to us about the care there. 2) My wife went to complain to their Social Services just feel on deaf ears. 3) They treat the residents as if they don't matter leaving them, including my Father, laying in their own waste and now he has bed sores. Save yourself the time and do not take your family there.

CriticalI know nursing homes are places of last resort, but The Waters in Clinton, Tennessee is egregiously terrible. It's smelly, seems dirty and patients are virtually ignored. The last two times I was there, the man I was visiting was sitting on his urine-soaked bed without a staff member in sight. I helped him into an adult diaper and dry pants and saw no staff member even look in to check on him or the other man who shared the room. It was over an hour, and the only staff member I saw was a woman mopping the hall…

PositiveThe Waters of Clinton was not bad for a nursing home. It was OK. It was pretty clean. It was alright; it wasn't really smelly. Everybody was very kind and friendly. It felt homey. They had a dog that walked around and visited everybody.
★★★★★
CriticalThis place is awful. It's dirty. It smells bad. They don't pay attention to the patient's needs. They don't communicate at all with patient's family unless they want money. Plans of Care? Status of Health? Medications? Discharge Planning? Insurance Questions? Not one word. But oh, your mother visited the beautician and had her hair washed so she owes us $5 so make sure you bring it the next time you come. If you have ANY other option, take it. Don't choose The Waters for your loved one…

PositiveHere have been so many wonderful changes I have seen take place since the new owners and new management has arrived. The focus is on patients and their care now. I love being able to talk to the new director and administrator at any time and see they actually do something!
