We loved the Wellington. Best decision for our mom. I would rate every category a 5 except the activities. We didn't have anything to do with the activities for the time we were there so I can't rate that. I know that my sister has since moved her mother-in-law there and that also reinforces how happy we were with their care. It's been over a year since my mom passed there so things could have changed. One of the most difficult things to straighten out is meds (and who prescribes and monitors them). Staff went abo…

CriticalGet to know the director and head nurse to see what they are like. And maybe some cnas and other staff. There is always turnover and the sales woman is fabulous but not involved in the daily care as much.

[name removed]!! So knowledgeable and went beyond my expectations for making things work for us. The facility is also very lovely and many good staff members. But it is people like [name removed] that give u the reassurance that everything will be handled. She was available for questions endlessly and we had many!!! This is always a sensitive time and most families need guidance.
