PositiveI recently toured The Willows in Blackfoot. From the street, the facility looks well kept and maintained. When entering the facility you are welcomed with an inviting atmosphere that felt like a home. We were greeted by the sales director and he was a wonderful young man that was very happy to see us and excited to show us the facility even though we did not have an appointment. The community didn't explain the billing procedure very well to the family and there was a lot of staff turnover. This caused a lot of misunderstanding in billing for the family. I wouldn't recommend the community to others.

PositiveWillows is a good place for a family member that needs help.
This seems to be a pretty good community and pretty safe. They have great protocols for covid and everything else. They have activities like musicians coming and and games for the residents to play to keep busy and socialize. My loved one had gotten involved in some of the activities. The staff have been really good and I am really pleased with them. They are helpful and pleasant.

Everything here has been good. The only problem we have been experiencing is getting my mother's medicaid earned out. Besides that, I have no issues really. The facility is nice and clean, the staff seem to genuinely care about the residents and placing my mother here seems to be a good decision.
