PositiveI just toured this beautiful facility and I must say I was blown away by all of the offerings and extra amenities they have! The property is tucked away from the road, the entire staff is so friendly and welcoming and the movie theater is just amazing!! The feeling that stuck with me most is the feeling of home!! I would definitely recommend this facility to my own family members!!
★★★★★
PositiveGreat facility, staff they made the transition for my mother easy and efficient. I'm lucky to have sent my mom there! There's always daily activities for my mom to do. Also they come and help clean her room and they make sure she gets the daily medicine she needs.
★★★★★
PositiveThe community made a strong first impression. The design is aesthetic, clean, and thoughtfully planned, creating a comfortable flow through shared spaces. During my tour, I noticed a lively social atmosphere with activities that appeal to different interests and abilities. Both clinical and non-clinical staff were visible and engaged, which added to the sense of support and attentiveness. Overall, it felt like a well-run, welcoming environment.

PositiveI am beyond thankful for the Windsor at Ortega for having a place for my mother. Everyone from the director to the nurses are there to help my Mom. I feel comfortable that we choose the right home for my Mother and that she is safe and taken care of! Special thanks to everyone from [Names Removed] and everyone at the facility for their amazing care of my Mom.

Easy to talk too and the front desk personnel are very helpful. The negative...they didn't always call someone 'out of town' when there is an issue. There were several times my Aunt called and said she had fallen and called for help but no one came. That part of the system needs 'work'.

CriticalMy sister has been at The Windsor at Ortega for a year and some months now. She has what I would describe as an efficiency. She has a one-bedroom, one-bath, a very tiny kitchen area, a living room, and that's about it. At first, she wouldn't even go down to their meals, and that was more than 18 months ago. She tried it and she said it was awful. She said she cannot drink the water. She said it tastes terrible. Whenever she has an opportunity to go shopping, she buys big liters or a liter and a half bottl…
