The Windsor at San Pablo

We were pleased with the facilities appearance, cleanliness, and atmosphere. The staff looked happy and engaged with their duties. The residences all seemed relaxed and pleasant as well. The agent who answered our questions seemed genuinely caring and was very thorough in answering our concerns and questions.

Good overall; but actively manage them

[Name removed] is phenomenal as far as sales and relationships with the residents. But the administrative staff leaves MUCH to be desired. Requests require multiple attempts to get responses or actions.

Mom never should have been admitted here

Our elderly mother was evaluated in April while at a local rehab facility. She was suffering from several health serious issues. We were given the questionnaire in advance. We went through and filled it out and determined on a scale of 1-5, she was conservatively a 4. She was incapable of getting in and out of bed without assistance, had severe incontinence issues, and was cognitively challenged. When the Windsor nurse came to evaluate her, she labeled her a level 3. Mom was admitted to Windsor on [date removed].…

Overall I'm very pleased and would recommend. They really need more staff in dining and to help with activities. More staff led activities would be beneficial rather than through video.I would tell a friend that staff is caring, friendly and helpful. Life director tries to plan activities for residents' interests. They do a good job with having live music for residents several times per month. Overall I would recommend.

Community where staff truly care

This community from leadership to caregivers truly care about the residents that call Windsor San Pablo home. Community is well kept, good food choices and multiple service options offered. Would highly recommend.
