★★★★★
PositiveThe facility is very clean. The staff seem to be very nice and caring. Management worked with us on timing and availability of the room for exactly when we needed it. The apartment size was a good fit for my mothers needs with separate bedroom and living areas. The food has been very good with menus providing multiple options at each meal. Also, there are a variety of activities for movement, memory care and socializing each day.
★★★★★
PositiveThe room is a perfect size (1 br w/efficiency kitchen) she also has a door to the patio with 2 rockers. We're having some issues with the billing; there is a charge from May which still hasn't been fixed. We are having a problem getting high definition tv in her room and they stopped making her bed in the morning. We've been told they don't do that, but how can a woman with a walker be expected to make her own bed. She seems to be adjusting well and participating in some of the games/activities so that is great!

PositiveMy husband will be moving into The Windsor of Venice. It has all the amenities we need, plus it's close to home. We have other people from our former community who live there and have given it good recommendations. The staff was very accommodating, took the time I needed, and answered all my questions.

Horrible facility- it presents itself well but once your loved one moves in, very disappointing from top management down.

PositiveThe sales lady, [name removed], is amazing. She is compassionate and understanding as she has been through this before with her mom. [name removed] who runs the memory care is awesome. The facility is gorgeous and feels like home.

CriticalThe Windsor is a horrible mismanaged facility with a staff who does not care, starting with their director [name removed] My brother had moved out of there to [name removed] It is bright, cheery, clean and the staff cares. At The Windsor, I was paying extra for my brother to receive a shower and shave daily. Lucky if he was showered and shaved a couple times a week, but they were charging me for that service. The doctor at their facility changed my brother's medication without informing me and took him off of his m…
