Mom's room was nice good size. It stayed clean, her meals were ok, (she doesn't eat much). Overall I felt she was attended to, no big issues.

It was very difficult getting a hold of people to ask questions. Now that she is in her condo, the food service has suddenly gotten very bad, the activities are not geared towards to more mobile people at all.

PositiveThis facility is newly remodeled and beautiful. All staff I saw interacted with residents, myself and each other. The menus are varied and looked appetizing. [Name Removed] gave my tour and with formerly being with the nursing staff She has great insight into the needs of residents. The facilities State surveys have been perfect or almost perfect for 5 years. Thanks for a great tour.

They were very accommodating of my extended family who live out of town. The transition to hospice went very smoothly. And the staff even came to the viewing. Granny was part of their family too.

I'm pretty satisfied with Wyngate. My mom doesn't need alot of attention so that's good. Her room is clean & they check on her. They have activities but she's not interested. Their meals are fine too.
