Thomas Place at Waukee

Couldn't Be Happier!

5 for all of them :) We have had no complaints with Thomas Place at Waukee. All of my mom's needs/requests have been satisfactorily addressed. We would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

I like living here

They offer some nice amenities at this community including indoor parking and patios on the apartments. This is truly independent living. This community always has something going on. The community is very clean and it is in a good location. This community is exceptional and I would recommend it.

Beautiful facility with lots of amenities. The two bedroom apartment is very nice, lots of closet space. Shower cubicles seemed a bit on the small side. Rent is affordable. I like it because it's a secure facility, has it's own post office and heated parking. They also allow for Meals on Wheels and outside housekeeping.

This place sets the bar. It has everything I want except I can't have my cat there, and I understand their reasons.
