My mom has been here over a year now. The food is generally good and there are options available if the resident doesn't want the main offerings. Staff is friendly and the facility is clean. Staff is generally good.

CriticalOur family's experience
The medical staff is very under staffed. Nothing gets follow through and poor communication between morning and night shift. It takes medical staff member almost 30 minutes to report to a resident in need. My mom has been there since April and they have honestly gone through 3 chefs. Food is poor and servings are very small. The apartment size is nice and clean. There is no activity director since June.

PositiveI think it’s a nice place. I liked how engaged the staff was. Only concern was the price. Trying to help manage my mom’s money for her care after working 40 yrs is not taken lightly. The director - [name removed] was fantastic and helped talk me through a hard time with my mom’s transition plans as she progresses with dementia.. I can’t thank her enough for that.

It's a fairly new facility. Independent living residents are in condos while assisted living and memory care units are in the main building. Staff is very responsive. Food is very good. I would definitely recommend it. My mom has been there almost a year now and I don't have any real issues.
