The staff were excellent, my dad really enjoyed being there and he loved the food for sure! He would've stayed but found love at an older age! I hope he can come back if needed someday!

Positive[name removed] gave us a tour of the facility and a 2 bedroom 2 bath Villa. A galley kitchen area vs full kitchen. This would fit or needs and budget. With meals, housekeeping and electricity. No lease was senseable . Included Adequate parking. And short time guest allowed. Hallway laundry units were the only negative. Have a second option to visit in New Bern [date removed]

My mom and dad moved into Truewood and the staff has been amazing. They are so helpful and caring, from the maintenance to the caregivers and the security that makes everyone is safe. Every time my mom needs something they are there to help. [name removed] was the person that contacted us and helped us so much. He has gone above and beyond to help me and my parents. I would recommend this place to anyone and ever to everyone.

Overall experience would be five stars. I gave a five because every person here is very nice. The people here I enjoy. They're all very pleasant, they say good morning even when they didn't even know me and they still don't know me, but they know me by my dog. The staff is very good and take care of any issues I have in a timely manner. Activities I haven't done too many of those yet because I'm still trying to unpack my boxes.
