I'm removing my mom from that awful facility. They never have enough staff, the food is horrible, administrative can be rude and disrespectful to family members. I would never refer anybody to them. I would tell them to run away!!!! They find every possible reason to increase costs! The heating/ac is terrible in the rooms too. They don't take care of the grounds. Drive by and see what I'm talking about. I would give them a negative 5 rating if I could.

Weekends are understaffed. My mom pays for help moving to activities and help getting to bed at night. On weekends she is lucky to get help. For the most part they appear to be understaffed. If I felt it was in my mom's best interests, I would move her. The facility is mostly clean but I can tell there are weeks when my mom's room isn't vacuumed. Food is ok pretty bland. Apartments are quite large and comfortable.

The facility was great. The food not so good. But they don't take Medicaid and there was a lot of turnover on care givers. I brought my loved one home on Monday and will do in home care for now.

CriticalWeekend staffing needs improvement
The staffing and activities on weekends is not good. You definitely do not get the same level of service on the weekends. As a matter of fact, I try to take my mom home on the weekends. I've submitted letters to the director regarding the weekend staffing and nothing has changed even though they raised the costs based on keeping and retaining quality staff.
