★★★★★
PositiveI love the size of the facility. It gives it a more friendly feel. Also staff takes good care of residents. My mom’s legs had been a struggle with edema. They are the first ones to get her swelling down to normal. My mom feels very comfortable here.
★★★★★
PositiveMy sister became a resident of Rogue River Place after discharge from the local hospital. Her complex medical problem necessitated close and attentive clinical and personal care and management. The staff provided excellent care and had no hesitation in taking a concerted effort to care not only for her, but her family and friends also..
★★★★★
PositiveMy sister developed cancer in her spine so her legs didn’t work and she was bedridden. She had trouble finding a comfortable position and it was painful to move The trustwell staff in Klamath Falls were very kind and supportive They did everything they could to make her comfortable [name removed] and [name removed] even came in to visit on their day off Our family is very grateful for the quality of care she received My mother also stayed here and received excellent care
★★★★★
PositiveOur adopted mom lived at Rogue River Assisted Living for almost 2 years. She appreciated everything about her living situation at her new home, especially the exceptional staff. It did not take her long to transition into this new style of living. And who wouldn't appreciate a living situation with all the activities and amenities. ;-) We are very grateful to director and all the staff at Rogue for the professional care they provided!
★★★★★
CriticalTrustwell Living at Rogue River Place has fewer residents and apartments. It's a much smaller facility, so it would be more intimate. Their dining was assigned seating and I am not in favor of that. There's a lot of activities going on. The lady that did the tour just kind of stepped in because she was the only one available. The others were at lunch or on vacation, but she did the best she could. The only thing they had available were studios, and they were way too small.
★★★★★
PositiveTrustwell Living at Rogue River Place was very nice and very clean. It smelled good. We had no problem with the place. The person that did the tour was very good at answering our questions. He showed us around and he was very hospitable. The dining area is very clean and neat-looking. The only reason my husband didn't like it is everybody was older and they were like in the 80s or something, and they didn't have a lot of entertainment.
