My mother loves her apartment size she says people are friendly sometimes I find it difficult to get a hold of someone. I only wish they would help people with dementia get signed up for activities since they seem to forget other than that it's a great place

CriticalExperience with Trustwell Living at Sinclair Place
Room size is good, both studio and 1 bedroom. The facility is clean and many activities inside and outside. They have bingo, exercise, art...etc and outside activities like shopping, bike rides for seniors, going to restaurants for lunch. They clean the rooms and laundry has been kept clean and put away. The only reason for a 3 is the food is mediocre, too much fish and sandwiches for dinner. I think they need more staff and I've heard from residents that they don't check on residents when they have not seen them …
