PositiveWe visited a family member at Tuscany Village Nursing Center. It was nice. The people were pleasant. Her room seemed pretty clean, and they would come in if they had to do whatever they had to do and talk with her when they would come in. They sometimes bring her meals. The staff was pretty nice. The facility was a fairly new place. It looked nice and clean.

CriticalMy relative resides here and is always complaining about not being taken care of. They are bedridden and their biggest complaint is not being changed. They have to lay around in a dirty diaper sometimes for 6 to 8 hours before they can get someone to come change them. Food is subpar at best and their communication is nonexistent. Mostly staffed by temporary agencies so these folks could care less about the tenants. What a disgrace.

CriticalThis please was horrible. My Husband was sent here for rehab. When I got off work that night, I headed to this facility. Very Nice Facility. Staff told me where my husband's room was. Half down the hall, I see the aid in a cubby hole on her cell. I get to his room, 1st thing I notice is blood on the sheets and sheet 1/2 way down the mattress. My husband see me and says "GET ME THE "F" OUT OF HERE!!!" I'm being told the night nurses says he don't need oxygen (yes he does. Hospital …

CriticalMy mother is in this facility only because we thought we could keep an eye on her being close to our residence. Come to find out we didn’t have enough eyes to keep this place from being sold inconsiderate, understaffed, unsanitary, dishonest and a lot of other things that I could say none of them a very professional. I’ve never seen it anything like this. And they know that you would not put your loved ones here if there was something else you could do. So they feel that you have no choice about the matter and you …

PositiveMy father is in Tuscany Village Nursing Center. We're going to try to get him to stay there because he likes it there and they seem to be taking good care of him. They all seem nice and seem to be doing what they need to be doing. They got him through the COVID. He had a bad COVID. His lungs were messed up. He had pneumonia. All that, so I got him through that. Now he does not have COVID, but he still has a lot of stuff. He still has to be on oxygen. The staff is pretty nice and they seem pretty friendly to hi…

CriticalI sent my survey from last winter because my mother who was there just passed of Covid 4 months ago on hospice in Concordia. She was at Tuscany last December. I am a RN. I know how difficult and short staffed places were during the huge surge. However, there comes a point when absolute neglect is inexcusable...because her call light didn't work...nor was ever fixed in all the time she was there during her quarantine. I understand why there were/are lawsuits. Baptist Village and ultimately Concordia (when she was on…
