PositiveI am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
My father is in Twin Lakes Therapy and Living. Things have changed dramatically with him, so they're taking really good care of him, given the situation that he's in. Communication is really good. The staff is great. They're easy to get a hold of, and they answer all my questions. It's very clean. There's a lot of good interaction with the patients. He's in memory care because of his advanced dementia.

This facility is below standards. I gave one star only because I had to for the survey. My mom was admitted for rehab after congested heart failure. I had to tell them to give my mom a shower even though they said they had a twice a week schedule. I had to ask them to change her bed sheets. There was feces on the toilet lid which I showed a manager. When she was first admitted, it was 3 days before they did her laundry. I had requested they do this from the beginning. They did not put her name in her clothes so I h…
