CriticalSadly understaffed
Unread notes from doctor caused incorrect administration of insulin!!! Repeatedly turnover of staff, so no consistency. Good people quit and the management is invisible! Laundry piled up. Uncle left in wet undergarments causing constant UTI’s. Absolutely no excuse for the medical mishaps either administration of his meds. He’s not been able to stay a full month without going back to the hospital.

Unbridled Living of Fayetteville was in a nice and quiet location, even though it was in downtown. It was clean, and the staff was nice and kind. I liked the setup of the room. It was large and spacious. Regina, who did our tour, was amazing. She was very professional, and she answered all the questions. She gave us good information about the facility and their offerings. It's been great so far. People are very helpful and very friendly. Staff is very responsive and helpful in helping her learn her way around, activities available, maintenance issues, etc. food is great and the facility is very clean. Her 1 bedroom apartment is not huge but it is enough. She uses a walker and has room to maneuver except in the bathroom. The kitchen and bath are small but adequate for what she needs at this point. I feel much better knowing she does not have to cook or clean or change her own sheets.…
