Vi at Bentley Village

Lovely amenities. Some of the buildings are dated……on the outside. Ability to completely remodel interiors.

It is a great facility with extensive amenities. The grounds are magnificent, well maintained and landscaped. The downside is the lack of available units (we were unable to see any at all) and the significant cost (both entry fees and monthly maintenance.

After 2 1/2 years as a resident of Bentley Village, I have nothing but good things to say about it. I feel safe and cared for and have made many good friendships here. My one bedroom apartment is beautiful, spacious and convenient to so many activities. As a golfer, I appreciate our well maintained course and the superb management team. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

Bentley Village is not good. Management is terrible and that affects every aspect of Bentley Village from the food to the nursing home. Be aware that assisted living is not promised 100%. You spend millions to live there with broken promises. There are much better places in Naples. Choose wisely.

I visited this facility

Vi at Bentley Village is a place where as your needs change, they have facilities for them. It was a very nice and very large place. They have a lot of different things that you can do there. They have a pool and a golf course. You name it, they have facilities for it. It's very clean. I was interested in a two-bedroom with a den. Everything was very nice. Nothing negative at all about it. The only thing I felt was it was a very large place to try to get around and we were probably beyond what we would use it …

Independent living nice/ Care Center a nightmare

Independent living amenities and restaurants are wonderful. Hope that you don’t have to spend your final days in the Care Center because your wishes will Probably not be honored, even if documents have been filed. A doctor never showed up to assess our mother’s condition as she lay gasping her final breaths, hospice was not called, even though we had made arrangements through [removed], the hospice center recommended by Bentley’s social worker, and a total lack of compassion was shown.
