PositiveIt's a beautiful well maintained home with a lot of heart.

PositiveI visited Victoria Villa Assisted Living. They have a very nice property outside of the building. They have the pond, fruit trees, and palm trees, and it really looks very nice, but it's still very sad because people are pretty much at their last breath or very close to it. I like the marketing director, or whoever she was, who was talking to me. She was very professional, and she knew immediately that I wouldn't be interested in it. It's a very small place. The majority of the people are not able to…

CriticalI have submitted 3 web forms to gather information for my loved one to inquire about moving to this community, no response. Whether a community is full or not, I'd at least expect some communication. After giving up on the web forms and placing a call I had a very disappointing experience. The woman's tone was anything but warm and friendly, and I got off the phone knowing these are the kind of staff members I would NOT want my loved one interacting with. I can't speak to any of the other amenities or services of t…

CriticalWhen I toured Victoria Villa Assisted Living, everything was fine. The outside was really beautiful. The inside looked a little bit behind the times. It could use some updating. Other than that, it didn't seem like the right place for my mother, but it seemed that the people there were very nice and were looking after their residents very well. It was clean. The staff was present and helpful with the people in need. The lights were dimmed to assist people who have memory care issues.

CriticalWe toured Victoria Villa Assisted Living. What I liked best was the area that was inside for the residents was clean. What I did not like was the building needs a lot of repairs. There are a few other things that are not good. They have about 15 cats outside the building. Some of these cats can go inside. The doors are not locked. There was an Alzheimer's or dementia patient very close to the door, and she could have easily left. We saw inside the area where all the residents can sit in very nice reclining cha…

PositiveI like the rooms at Victoria Villa Assisted Living. The rooms were neat, clean, and tidy. I like the way it was situated. The grounds have nice places to walk, and there is a big pond, and that was nice to have there. The administrator was nice and helpful. She gave me a lot of tips and hints. The lady who owns the place seemed to be on the ball, too. She was amongst the staff and amongst the patients monitoring everything and making sure everything was going smoothly and right.
