the nurses to a person were very helpful, caring and attentive when they had the time. they appear to be very short staffed. PT staff was excellent. everything about this facility was average except the food. most of it was unfit to eat. i feed my dog better quality! even though i was here for 2 weeks, i only saw one piece of fresh fruit in the 42 meals i was served and no fresh vegetables. there's no excuse for that at this time of year except for money concerns. the focus here seems to be on employee retenti…

My mother-in-law is at Vienna Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. They are amazing. She's clean, she said. They're attentive, and they try to get her involved. She's not in the rehab portion anymore, but they're consistent about trying to get her up. They call me with any concerns. She just had COVID, and she had to go into isolation for ten days, and they called me every day and gave me an update. I can't say anything bad about Vienna. Her linens are always clean.
