All 5's across the board. My parents have had some issues with the food and would probably put a 4 for food. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The residents have been great as well.

The business office was rude and does not communicate clearly or kindly. The receipts don't make sense. Still trying to understand where money was applied. Some people who work there lack customer service skills, basic ones. Other than that, nice place. However, don't be fooled about promises for a wait list preference. Most everyone is great, but those who are not make for a bad and expensive experience. Look past the hype

My friend is a resident of Villa De San Antonio, and what I like is that I don't encounter people just languishing in wheelchairs. The place is immaculate when you come in. You run into different people walking around; some are in the social room, and some are putting puzzles together. There's always a table full of people playing cards, no matter when you go.
