I have lived here since Nov of 2024; Thanksgiving time. The FOOD is the worst I ahve ever been served. The chicken is always DRY, TOUGH, and Tasteless. The sauces, especially an Alfredo sauce is ghastly; noodles and sauce are all stuck together and the sauce is way too thick. Not light and fluffy noodles. Rice Pilaf: Always cold and sticky; not fluffy and light. Most meats are way overcooked and dry before they put any sauce on them. I am in the process of finding another place to live, ONLY because of the FOOD. I …

Fancy looking very clean place with really bad food

My parents have lived here 14+ years and the food was exceptionally delicious for 6 years. Then that long-term chef disappeared and the 3 chefs since then have given my parents and us as guests worse and worse food. I get the impression it may be partly the SRG food budget the chefs are given as the quality of especially fresh food has steadily declined. For instance, carrots being cheap are put in everything (Thansgiving turkey stuffing??). Meats are very dry and tasteless even when covered with sauces. I know it'…

My new home

I down sized to the Villa and am extremely happy. Very caring staff, excellent menu, boat load of activities and loving neighbors. We’re all retired and lookout for each other, who could ask for anything more!

I visited this facility

I went to see Villa Hermosa, and it was first class. It had everything. I like the way it was designed and the way it was built, it's a very high-quality property. Everything was done to a T beautifully, with high-quality materials. Just the whole feel of it was very elegant. The salesperson, Anna, was lovely and showed me around. She had a nice welcoming package for me with a little candle and a little map of a place where I was going hiking. I told her I was a hiker, biker, and skier, so her attention to det…

I visited this facility

I've been to Villa Hermosa. My first impression was, it was too large. When you go in, the room that you're in looked just like a big hotel. I was not at all impressed. I saw the pool. From what I saw, the amenities seemed to be fine. The community was too impersonal; I didn't like it. It looked very well-maintained and clean. However, I don't know if they can improve because it's very big and it feels dark.

I visited this facility

Villa Hermosa was very nice. We liked where it was located. It was kind of more central and in town. There are lots of opportunities going on. They have quite an extensive library there. They have people who come in and give speaking engagements there. We ate there and the food was really good. In independent living, people are kind of on their own to do things. In assisted living, I noticed that there were some people with walkers, and may need a little more help. The staff was caring, nice, and very informative, …
