Pros and Cons of Villa Verde San Jose CA

My mother was a resident at Villa Verde (San Jose) for the last seven months of her life, before she passed in 2024. The cost was ~$[amount removed] per month. She had a private room with real 24 hour care. However, there is only one care giver from 7pm to 7am, so there is a long lag in getting attention after ringing the buzzer. We've had a good experience with Villa Verde overall. My loved one seems to be content here. The staff are all very friendly and professional, and they're very prompt in communicating with families. We haven't had any issues here whatsoever.
