My sister is at The Village at Morrisons Cove. She's in independent living, but she gets some assistance. It's been wonderful. They were very informative and contacted me right back. They go from assisted to more assisted and then to nursing, so it's like a three-level step. They have the very independent living there. Then they go to another kind of apartment where they can have some assistance, such as with medication, other reminders, or assistance with meals. Then they go to a higher level of nee…

The staff is always friendly and tries to help as much as possible when I visit. However, the staff can be inept sometimes in taking too long to take care of issues or not caring like they should. Some staff also seems like they are only there to collect a paycheck, not help other people.
