I visited this facility

I went to Village Green Active. They were just regular senior apartments. They have actual homes that they rent, and then they have apartments. I toured a one-bedroom apartment, and it was very nice and very clean. The staff was nice. I just didn't decide to go there, but if it came down to it, it's a place I would have considered. They had a community center where they could play games. They have a bus service there that would take people to appointments and so forth. I believe they serve continental bre…

Mom's care

My mom was there about a year before she passed (6 months in memory care). I couldn't have asked for a kinder more caring staff. When you can't take care of your loved one yourself it is nice to know there are people out there who will care for them as you would. The cost was very reasonable as I did check around different places close by. For what she paid I thought it was a great place. The food was good - mom never complained. Again - the staff always treated mom with dignity and respect and I could tell they tr…
