PositiveDisappointed food choices are not more healthy and palatable. Employees are helpful, supportive and friendly. Residents are supportive and friendly. Ground floor one bedroom apartment with patio with room for chairs and plants. Ability to add services as mom needs more help while keeping mom in her current apartment with all her things around her.

PositiveVillage Green Federal Way had the worst food. The staff was a really nice gal. I had friends there, and we've been in and out of that facility repeatedly, visiting. I asked if they had a two-bedroom, and she said as soon as the two-bedroom comes up, I will call you and she did. They had a two-bedroom that had a balcony that would accommodate our catio, but it's very dark, and with my macular degeneration, light is a huge issue. We kept going back to thinking that we could work it out. We could put more li…

PositiveWe toured Village Green Federal Way. We like the director. Her name is Ashley. The staff is very accommodating, and the people are very nice. Most of the residents we met were very welcoming, warm, and content living there. They had a lot of interesting activities. One of the things that was very important to us was the activities. The apartment size wasn't huge, but they were more comfortable. Their accommodations for veterans were another very important thing to us because my husband is a veteran, and I was …

PositiveWe toured Village Green Retirement Campus. The staff members were great. They were very excited about their facility. They took us to all different areas. They have done a total remodel of it, so it was very, very nice. We did not have a meal or anything there. The only hesitancy we had about them was that they didn't seem to have care level up to the end of life, so that was a negative for us. It seemed like an older population, too. It was very nice, but it just didn't feel right, so we didn't go t…
