I have had experience with three of the areas here: Independent Living, Rehab, and Nursing. All three were terribly disappointing. Nurses forgot to bring meals to my mother or to turn her regularly. In Rehab, it took three days for someone to notice I was still wearing the clothes I arrived in from the hospital. In Independent Living, they have stripped services such as an Activity Coordinator for Independet Living and now refer to the area as an apartment building located at 1800 Westen that is owned by Christian …

I visited this facility

I toured Village Manor. I liked most that it's part of the Christian care community. It seems a little more affordable than some of the other places I was looking at. It seemed to have everything I was looking for as far as space and amenities. I only interacted with one person, and she seemed very helpful and welcoming. It seemed very clean and well-maintained. They have a workout area, but I didn't see it.

I toured Village Manor. All the residents were staying in their rooms, so it seemed like they were not out and engaged with anyone. The staff members were disorganized and not ready for our visit. The facility was clean and very modern, though.

We have been very impressed with our experience at Village Manor. The facility is clean, doesn’t have an odor. The staff have been friendly and the food is decent. We have peace of mind that they do have higher levels of care if needed.

Amazing facility

This is the best place we could have chosen for my parents. They genuinely care so much for their residents and have so many on campus activities for residents to participate in. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a facility for a loved one or yourself.

Great facility! Clean, caring staff & good activities.

Great facility! It is clean, well maintained & the residents are taken good care of. We loved the fact that there is a nurse 24/7 to help with medications & any needs even in the assisted living area.
