Best place we visited

We toured many facilities and it took us almost a month until we made the decision to move mom to Greystone. She had been living at home with caregivers. I can't say this enough but it has been the best thing we did for mom! The food is great and anytime we are there the staff is very hospitable to us. Management is always very friendly and helpful with any questions we might have. Activities are gaged towards residents wants. EXCELLENT

My mom has lived at Greystone since 2021 she passed away this month and I want to share the truth about our experience. It has been such a blessing. I remember when she first moved in we was so nervous but management is eager to go above and beyond and allowed us to ask questions without feeling like a burden. My mom loved it there, to the point she would want to go back as soon as church was over on Sundays. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

I couldn’t say anything other than a great facility. Management takes every concern and runs with it. I always receive a follow up call. The residence manager up front always gets up and comes to entry way and greets my families. The food is great other asparagus, my mom is always anxious to get back “home” when we take her Sundays for church she loves it there. Nurses are very attentive and are respectful.

On-site staff is amazing. Facility is comfortable and clean. Apartments are well designed and very functional for elderly residents. Food selection is average to above average. Food preparation is excellent. If these were the only criteria I was evaluating I would give 4 to 4.5 stars. My rating drops dramatically when it comes to opportunities for the residents to enjoy the outdoors.
